The agreement brings approximately $120 million in assets under administration to the partnership.
The alliance is structured around expanding personalized financial services for MCB clients, with Cetera providing the institutional infrastructure and support needed to scale the community bank's wealth management operations. Cetera Financial Institutions specializes in partnering with banks and credit unions to deliver investment and advisory services through their existing client relationships.
