Nexus Advanced Technologies Restructures Debt With Anson Funds
Nexus Advanced Technologies has reached a note repayment and warrant exchange deal with Anson Funds, effective Oct. 2, 2026.
Nexus Advanced Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: NXAT), the New York- and Seoul-based company formerly known as K Wave Media Ltd., announced Monday that it has entered into a restructuring agreement with two affiliated investment funds managed by Anson Funds.
The agreement, formally titled the ATM Consent, Note Repayment and Warrant Exchange Agreement, took effect October 2, 2026. The counterparties are Anson Investments Master Fund L.P. and Anson East Master Fund L.P., referred to collectively as the Anson Funds.

The deal covers three distinct financial instruments: an at-the-market equity facility, outstanding promissory notes, and existing warrants. By consolidating these obligations into a single restructuring framework, the company signals an effort to simplify its capital structure following its rebranding from K Wave Media.
The announcement comes as the Nasdaq-listed firm continues its transition under the NXAT ticker, a shift that reflects a broader repositioning of the company's business focus. Financial terms of the restructuring were not disclosed in the initial announcement.
